  • Fix bug for restarting simulations originally saved before 2021 (compatibility with updated models)
Update of the growth model and growth interface for Staphylococcus aureus (8 strains) and Staphylococcus aureus (MEAN)

Update of the growth model, growth/ no growth interface and MAP model for Bacillus cereus (phylogenetic groups II to VI), Bacillus cereus (MEAN) and Bacillus weihenstephanensis

  • Integration of new strains (Le Marc et al., 2021) and re-estimation of model coefficients (cardinal values).
  • Revision of the pH term in the model (using a re-parameterised version of the model of Aryani et al., 2015); re-estimation of the minimum pH for growth (pHmin) and update of the growth/ no growth model.
  • Re-estimation of the minimum water activity (awmin) for growth of Bacillus weihenstephanensis (strain KBAB4) based on µmax vs. water activity data from Carlin et al. (2013).
  • Revision of temperature growth limits to take into account the difference between theoretical and experimental limits (Le Marc et al., 2024); update of the growth/ no growth terms.

Update of the growth model and growth/ no growth interface model for Bacillus cereus Group VII

  • Revision of the pH term (using a re-parameterised version of the model of Aryani et al., 2015); re-estimation of the minimum pH for growth (pHmin) and update of the growth/ no growth model.
  • Re-estimation of the µopt ‘culture medium’ coefficient (growth rate at optimum conditions in culture medium) using the µmax vs. temperature data available in Carlin et al., 2013).

Update of the growth model and growth/non-growth interface model for Listeria monocytogenes (14 strains)

  • Addition of information on lineage membership, serotypes and clonal clusters of strains that belong to the Sym’Previus Listeria monocytogenes pool. .

Update of the models for growth and growth/non-growth interface for Escherichia coli (10 strains) and Escherichia coli (MEAN)

  • Addition of information on serogroups identified among strains from the Escherichia coli pool (O157, O26 and O111).
  • Revision of the pH term (using a re-parameterised version of the Aryani et al., 2015 model); re-estimation of the minimum pH for growth (pHmin) and update of the growth/ no growth model.
  • Re-estimation of the coefficient µopt ‘culture medium’ (maximum specific growth rate at optimum conditions in broth)

Update of the models for growth and growth/non-growth interface for Salmonella (7 strains) and Salmonella (MEAN)

  • Revision of the pH term (using a re-parameterised version of the Aryani et al., 2015 model); re-estimation of the minimum pH for growth (pHmin) and update of the growth/ no growth model.
